Guy that works there was very rude, I called to ask if they would overnight ship my shirts and that I was more than willing to pay extra, I know that some places its like 20 dollars and I need the shirts so bad I was ok with that and he said no we don't offer that, I said that's ok I can wait I didn't know just figured I'd ask, he was rude to me the entire time, then he decided to lie and call my manager and tell her that I was the one rude to him and I was never rude to him it was the other way around, so she got pretty upset with me over this. Sneakersplus is horrible for ordering shirts, items are always shipped out like 2 months after the time from you order them and then its usually a couple weeks after the date it even says, on top of that the store very rarely opens.

You would think Vitamin shoppe would just pay for employees shirts for them to where them to work but they don't employees have to pay for their own shirts and they aren't cheap from this website, no employee discounts either. I think Vitaminshoppe should switch companies that they get their uniforms from.

Unprofessional Manager

Vitamin Shoppe in Beavercreek, OH. Their manager, Courtney Countryman is rude, unprofessional, and unethical.

I thought it was inspirational to have a woman in fitness to be in-charged but I made a mistake. Don't fall for her small talks because she will take it against you. Do not follow her on social media she will take that against you too.

She was judgmental and slanderous to their customers. It's a shame because the products are good.

I will not recommend this place to anyone as long as she works there. Especially other females. I know of a few people who are regular customers and decided to go there anymore because of my experience.

I was initially scared to come out due to retaliation, but I wasn't the only one who felt this way, and I need to speak up. We don't feel safe here and will never come back.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had is with Vitamin Shoppe. You took an unauthorized payment from my account in the amount of $31.23 when I spoke with a representative 3 months earlier and had my account cancelled. Trying to get my refund has been nearly impossible. I have been lied to by your representatives multiple times and was hung up on by one. I was told I would get my refund in 3 days from the 3rd. Then I was told on the phone that my refund wasn’t processed until Thursday. And this morning I looked into my account to find that you had refunded me $7 short. You refunded me $24.51 when you took an unauthorized payment of $31.23 from my account. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I will make sure to let as many people I know as possible that your company is a scam, I will be contacting my bank and if necessary the FTC. I am done being lied to and treated terribly by your customer service. Disgusting.

Good Phone Support

My account was compromised, my email address and password were reset, and several hundred dollars of products were ordered on multiple orders. I spoke to them via web chat, but there was little to nothing the online rep was able to do except give me their phone number (which I verified -- just in case). The customer service person on the phone was appreciative, friendly, and quite helpful. I think she was happy they could stop all of these products from being shipped. We were able to cancel one order, get another shipment sent back, and the third might get through. The rep was also able to help me reset my account information. Even though this wasn't their fault, she was apologetic for even making me wait a short time on hold. Once this is cleared up, I will definitely be placing a real order with them

I've been shopping at Vitamin Shoppes for 14 years - sadly, no more.

I went over to buy several items and wanted a price match on a multiple vitamin. I was told they'd have to compute in the shipping cost that

Vitacost would've charged! Are you kidding? What about the $2.50 transit fare I paid to get to their store on Ashland Avenue in Chicago This isn't the terms they display on the web site and the huge decal on the door.- GUARANTEED PRICE MATCH

FAKE NEWS. Another idea from some marketing amateur trying to get his chops. Me, and two friends, are leaving this retail giant. Hey team VS, even in business honesty is the busy policy. Don't play the customer.

I work as manager, I don't understand, if the product is price matched from website usually shipping over 25.00 is free from store. But the auto delivery might be different situation..I'm sorry for your experience, I know how it feels to be unhappy about treatment we sometimes get as customers from stores.

Alot of changes in policy and growing changes are happening and can lead to confusion. I hope your experiences get much better.

Horrible Experience. Buyer Beware!

I'm a customer no longer. Beware of the 30-day return policy which states customers may return opened and unopened products to a retail store. If you do, it may get you accused of fraud and referred to loss prevention! The return policy sounds great and as an online shopper I look for stores with friendly return policies which allow customers to make exchanges/returns to local retail locations. Today I returned approximately $200 worth of products I purchased online because I got a better price at a subsequent online sale. With the exception of two boxes of chocolate protein bars which I'd opened and found had melted during shipment, all other items were new and unopened. All items were also recently purchased in the past week or two (well within the 30 days of the return policy). I also had the original invoice/receipt for the purchase. The store employees and manager made it clear that my returns were a problem and my account would be flagged, loss prevention would be involved, and I would be asked to no longer shop at Vitamin Shoppe. I felt accused of being a criminal for making returns in compliance with the stated return policy. This is no way to treat customers. In my opinion the return policy is false and disingenuous.

RE: Deceptive Business Practices and Damages

To whom it May Concern,

On Jan 30, 2018, I placed an order #144821****12 for 3 Body Nutrition Trutein 45/45/10 Blend of Whey 4 Pound Powder VANILLA BEAN @ $49.93 each for $149.78. Upon receipt of the delivery package (1Z9367YV030410****) I discovered the order was wrong. I immediately called the number on the manifest enclosed within the package. I was told by the The Vitamin Shoppe representative to discard the mistaken product and that a correct product would be immediately sent.

A month passed with no replacement. I was forced to spend over an hour on the phone with Jet and The Vitamin Shoppe representative on the evening of March 5, 2018 without a satisfactory resolution. On the morning of March 6, 2018, I again contacted Jet and asked to speak to a supervisor and that request was denied. I also contacted The Vitamin Shoppe and was instructed that it was not there problem to resolve. I have spent over three hours being bounced between two companies, both companies making false and misleading representations, both companies unable to provide the product I paid for a month ago.

I have just ordered the Corporate Certificate of Good Standing long form at the cost of $250 through the NJ.Gov website to receive the corporate information of addresses and corporate officers for both Jet.com.inc Entity # 010103**** and the Vitamin Shoppe Entity # 010095****, that I was refused by multiple Jet.com.inc and Vitamin Shoppe representatives. Fortunately, Rhode Island Courts have award substantial damages against for companies acting with similar behaviors.

I will be willing to discuss offers of settlement, until I receive that requested information for the New Jersey Government. Upon receipt of the Corporate Principles, I will be filing legal action to recover the funds taken from my family, compensation for the extensive time invested to recover my losses and damages as a resulting from the actions of by both companies.

I placed an online order(36924****) at Store 165. I never got the product.....i went to store and they said my order could not be found despite a confirmation email I had received. They referred me to customer service. I call customer service and they referred me back to the store. Finally I get the corporate number and call within regular business hours and I keep getting a machine that tells me to "call within regular business hours". I guess you're keeping my 20. What a shame. I was planning on spending hundreds on your products over the years. My time is worth more than 20 bucks.

Worst Customer Experience Ever!!!! (Baileys Crossraods, VA on 5/22/18

I got to the store a minute after the store was closed & 2 people still working in store when I knocked the door & told the guy I drove 20 minutes to get there. ( I think he is the Manager) I told him that I drove all the way here because the other location is closed. I know & I understand you guys are closed but I have exact change & I would really really appreciate it if you guys can please help me because I would be flying tomorrow morning & don’t have time to come back again. I stood there by the door and begged the guy literally for 15 long minutes. The 15 minutes he argued with me could have been the time he sold me the product. After all that time he even said to me if I don’t leave, he will be calling the police on me and all I wanted to get is my Vitamin. I could not believe this guy is a manager. Obviously he really had no clue about customer service or customer experience ( In toady’s word of Amazon) . I left in great disbelieve and extremely disappointed. This is the worst customer experience I have ever!!!
