Guy that works there was very rude, I called to ask if they would overnight ship my shirts and that I was more than willing to pay extra, I know that some places its like 20 dollars and I need the shirts so bad I was ok with that and he said no we don't offer that, I said that's ok I can wait I didn't know just figured I'd ask, he was rude to me the entire time, then he decided to lie and call my manager and tell her that I was the one rude to him and I was never rude to him it was the other way around, so she got pretty upset with me over this. Sneakersplus is horrible for ordering shirts, items are always shipped out like 2 months after the time from you order them and then its usually a couple weeks after the date it even says, on top of that the store very rarely opens.
You would think Vitamin shoppe would just pay for employees shirts for them to where them to work but they don't employees have to pay for their own shirts and they aren't cheap from this website, no employee discounts either. I think Vitaminshoppe should switch companies that they get their uniforms from.

Vitamin Shoppe in Beavercreek, OH. Their manager, Courtney Countryman is rude, unprofessional, and unethical.
I thought it was inspirational to have a woman in fitness to be in-charged but I made a mistake. Don't fall for her small talks because she will take it against you. Do not follow her on social media she will take that against you too.
She was judgmental and slanderous to their customers. It's a shame because the products are good.
I will not recommend this place to anyone as long as she works there. Especially other females. I know of a few people who are regular customers and decided to go there anymore because of my experience.
I was initially scared to come out due to retaliation, but I wasn't the only one who felt this way, and I need to speak up. We don't feel safe here and will never come back.

I've been shopping at Vitamin Shoppes for 14 years - sadly, no more.
I went over to buy several items and wanted a price match on a multiple vitamin. I was told they'd have to compute in the shipping cost that
Vitacost would've charged! Are you kidding? What about the $2.50 transit fare I paid to get to their store on Ashland Avenue in Chicago This isn't the terms they display on the web site and the huge decal on the door.- GUARANTEED PRICE MATCH
FAKE NEWS. Another idea from some marketing amateur trying to get his chops. Me, and two friends, are leaving this retail giant. Hey team VS, even in business honesty is the busy policy. Don't play the customer.

To whom it May Concern,
On Jan 30, 2018, I placed an order #144821****12 for 3 Body Nutrition Trutein 45/45/10 Blend of Whey 4 Pound Powder VANILLA BEAN @ $49.93 each for $149.78. Upon receipt of the delivery package (1Z9367YV030410****) I discovered the order was wrong. I immediately called the number on the manifest enclosed within the package. I was told by the The Vitamin Shoppe representative to discard the mistaken product and that a correct product would be immediately sent.
A month passed with no replacement. I was forced to spend over an hour on the phone with Jet and The Vitamin Shoppe representative on the evening of March 5, 2018 without a satisfactory resolution. On the morning of March 6, 2018, I again contacted Jet and asked to speak to a supervisor and that request was denied. I also contacted The Vitamin Shoppe and was instructed that it was not there problem to resolve. I have spent over three hours being bounced between two companies, both companies making false and misleading representations, both companies unable to provide the product I paid for a month ago.
I have just ordered the Corporate Certificate of Good Standing long form at the cost of $250 through the NJ.Gov website to receive the corporate information of addresses and corporate officers for both Jet.com.inc Entity # 010103**** and the Vitamin Shoppe Entity # 010095****, that I was refused by multiple Jet.com.inc and Vitamin Shoppe representatives. Fortunately, Rhode Island Courts have award substantial damages against for companies acting with similar behaviors.
I will be willing to discuss offers of settlement, until I receive that requested information for the New Jersey Government. Upon receipt of the Corporate Principles, I will be filing legal action to recover the funds taken from my family, compensation for the extensive time invested to recover my losses and damages as a resulting from the actions of by both companies.

I work as manager, I don't understand, if the product is price matched from website usually shipping over 25.00 is free from store. But the auto delivery might be different situation..I'm sorry for your experience, I know how it feels to be unhappy about treatment we sometimes get as customers from stores.
Alot of changes in policy and growing changes are happening and can lead to confusion. I hope your experiences get much better.
